Minecraft Kingdom Sneak Peak

A lot has changed over the past couple of weeks in terms of what I’ve been doing within the Kingdom. I thought I’d give you guys a sneak peak on what I’m doing for Friday’s video and see what I have done so far.

One of the things I’m proud of is that I finally finished the bridge that extends out past the kingdom itself. I’ve also decided to add a two towers to make the bridge almost a ‘gateway’ into the kingdom itself.

I’ve changed the tops of the two smaller towers that was at the front of the castle. I wasn’t quite happy with how they looked before, but I’m liking the redesign. If you also notice, I also changed the roof color of the entire castle. I decided that a darker wood color would stand out more compared to the stone stairs and I think it makes it look a bit better.

If you remember, this entire area to the left of the castle used to be a giant hill that I began clearing out one night on my Minecraft livestream. A lot has changed since then and I’m still messing around with this area, especially that center part. I still haven’t decided what I want there quite yet.

This is the old mining town that’s near the arena. I redesigned all of the buildings as well as the manor up on the hill. I wanted to make it stone to have it better correlate with the rest of the town close to the castle. I also wanted to redesign the manor because I wasn’t quite happy with it’s layout.

If you look across the way, you’ll see my newest addition and headache causer. I was so unhappy with how the wall looked before that I wanted to redo the whole thing and have it match up with the main wall near the castle. I can’t tell you how much of a pain in my butt this newest wall was, but we’ll just pretend it looks nice and was super easy.

This is honestly my pride and joy of newest accomplishments. This area was thought of a long time ago, but never fully constructed until this past week. Shamefully, I did so during finals when I needed a break from studying. I want to add a few more houses to the right side, which is down a slope a bit, but I’m so happy with how this turned out. It even has a little park if you look close enough.

I want to apologize for the highly erratic schedule I have had on my video uploads for the past couple weeks. School has been keeping me very busy as I get closer to graduating for good. I know you have all been wanting more uploads and I promise that the upload schedule will return to normal once finals are done and things calm down (sometime around next week).

Livestream Update

Tonight I’ll be livestreaming the new zombies map with the rest of the Team Valkyries. Livestream will begin around 8:30/9 pm EST. The time varies on how fast I’m able to eat dinner when I get home from night class. So I hope that you’ll all be there, because I look forward to screaming like a little child for all of your amusement.
